A rich and varied breakfast buffet is served each morning. In the summer months, guests can sample Weingut Haxel's own Riesling wines, either in the tavern or outside on the leafy courtyard terrace. Guided tours of Cochem's Old Town and the Moselle countryside are run by the winery owner, covering different themes. Wine tastings can also be arranged on request.
