In the living area, plenty of comfortable seating and for entertainment you have TV, DVD player, Internet and wireless Internet connection. Two of the villa bedrooms are on this level. A double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. A kitchenette is located on this floor with fridge, 2 ring hob and a sink. The fully equipped kitchen is on the lower ground lever together with a dining area. A door from this area leads you out to the terrace area. Air condition is available in all bedrooms with a fee. The private swimming pool 10m x 5m surrounded by plenty of sunbeds allows you to relax and enjoy Cyprus sunshine. The barbecue together with outside dining furniture makes this ideal for you to enjoy al-fresco dining. A table tennis is also available and plenty of off-street parking. in addition a deposit of Euro 300 is required upon arrival, for incidentals.
