Our charming hotel occupies a traditional Malagasy residence dating from 1930 at the top of the royal hill, right in the historic heart of Antananarivo and just a stone's throw from the recently renovated Queen's Palace. We're reopening after 4 years of renovation! Just 5 unique suites, all with breathtaking views over the lower town, furnished with antiques, photos and old paintings to immerse you in Malagasy history. All modern comforts: bathroom with antique bathtub & wifi. Our restaurant with terrace offers a 180° panoramic view of Tana. We serve Malagasy, Mascarene (Mauritius and Reunion) and European cuisine. We also offer a Malagasy tasting menu, so you can sample several local specialties in a single meal. To make the most of the sunset on the terrace, we offer a “sundowner” (aperitif at sunset) with foie gras and white wine, or a Malagasy version (tsaky tsaky and homemade coconut punch). A small green garden will make you forget that you're in the heart of the tumultuous capital.
