There will be a 50PCT deposit for the total cost of the group block. All rooms in the block will be guaranteed. There will be an attrition clause that will allow the room block to be reduced by 10PCT up to 30 days from arrival without penalty. If individual guests are paying for their stay the deposit will be refunded after group has checked out. You can either provide us with a rooming list or your guest can call in to make the reservations.
