The lodge is located about 4. 5 km from the city centre, approximately 300 m from the Beagle Channel and 500 m from the River Pipo. Guests can also reach the forest on foot and the tourist centre is roughly 4. 5 km from the hotel. The Parque Nacional la Pataia is about 16 km away, the Museo del Presidio about 9 km away and the ski centre about 22 km away. This family-friendly ski hotel, renovated in 2008, has 17 rooms in total and a lobby with 24-hour reception, breakfast room, WLAN Internet access and laundry service (for a fee). The rooms are distributed on the ground and first floors. Each room has its own private bath with shower and hairdryer, clock radio, satellite/cable TV and central heating through a radiant flagstone system.
