With a magnificent panoramic views of the Mediterranean, the villa also comes with a brand new infinity swimming pool as well as its own cellar and wine bar. the large and spacious villa has the everything you could want to ensure quality time holiday. On entering the villa you immediately sense the cool and luxuriant surroundings provided by the quality fittings, high ceilings and double glazed doors and windows. Here you will find the open air plan living, dining, kitchen areas as well as guests WC. in the living area there is big flat screen TV, and opens into a large shaded veranda to keep you cool in those hot summer days. The outside area is complete with a pool , as well al fresco dining area with Cypriot style barbecue and gardens. Upon arrival a refundable deposit of 300 euro is required for incidentals. The amount will be released after departure, subject to a property inspection. Air conditioning is available at extra charge, paid locally.
