The studios are ideally located just a little way from the harbour of Serifos, on the edge of the bay known as 'Livadi', where we find most restaurants and hotels. This neighbourhood is adjacent to the waterfront approximately 100m off the shoreline. The property, a typical 'Cycladic' accommodation, consists of two storey buildings set amongst a garden with lawn. You can easily reach the beach to swim or enjoy fresh fish at a local restaurant with a view to the sea. The owner (German speaking) lives on the premises and is at your disposal on a 24 hour basis.
